What an amazing journey it has been already. We are almost a week into our trip and have learned so much. Our team of four, Immanuel Sila, Lacey Bringar, Leah Amstutz, and myself (Vanessa Silverman) have traveled from Johannesburg, South Africa to Gaborone, Botswana. Tomorrow we will be on our way to Francistown, Botswana where our work begins. We are excited to share our stories with you.
Thank you for posting. It's so good to hear of your learnings. But if you have to pick between spending time with those around you in Botswana, and sitting down to some silly computer- please forgo the electronic time! Enjoy every single minute with our brothers and sisters there. Love you!

Just soak up the presence of the spirit of God in each person you meet, rejoice in the "manifold grace of God" 1 P. 4.10 and let God´s spirit in you irradiate to others 2 Cor. 3.18!
